One of the most important parts of N.H.D historical record is without doubt the photographic archives of the service, which is constantly enriched with new material from H.N war Ships and Naval services together with private donations. N.H.D currently has approximately 40,000 classified photos printed or in electronic form, covering a wide range of both chronological terms and in terms of variety of content.
