N.H.D Archives Section keeps all the personal files from the retired Officers & NCO’s – as well as registry books of HN personnel together with number of files regarding civilian personnel. All the archival material is under the jurisdiction of the H.N.G.S (Branch “B”) . N.H.D simply provides the storage facilities and permits it’s usage when necessary only under the permission of H.N.G.S.
